Do you have liability insurance?
Yes

Is your media preference film or digital?
We shoot both digital and film.

How many photographers do you work with?
1 – 3 depending on event size.  We only recommend more than one photographer if you are having more than 250 guest.  We only recommend 3 photographers if you having more than 500 guest.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Never.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We only use professional grade equipment. We always bring backup equipment.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes.

Do you charge hourly or full day?
Hourly.

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes.  Hourly rates are based on the number of photographers required for your event.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We typically take one 15 minute break to eat a meal for any coverage that last 7 or more hours.

Do you charge for travel?
No travel charges if the wedding and reception are within 60 miles of our business address. This covers a large portion of the VA, MD, DC metro area.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Typically less than 30 days.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Proof books, website, contact sheet or CD-ROM

How long can the client keep the proofs?
Indefinitely.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes

Do you provide the digital files and/or film negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Most packages include the high resolution wedding images.

Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes

What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer both flush-mount albums as well as traditional matted albums.

When will the client get the final album?
Depends on the album type selected.  May take up to 30 or more days.
